Custom slitting and rewinding
Jumbo rolls are slit and rewound into finished ribbon rolls for the confirmed order configuration.
Core and ink-side configuration
Orders can be configured with suitable paper or plastic cores and inside- or outside-ink winding.
Tension and dimension control
Operators monitor winding tension and finished-roll dimensions during conversion.
Finished-roll sampling inspection
Finished batches receive sampling checks for roll condition, winding, dimensions, core and packing configuration.
Batch traceability
Order, material and packing records support batch identification and follow-up.
OEM and private-label packing
Customer labels, individual boxes and outer cartons can be configured for approved private-label orders.
Sample matching
A supplied sample, printer model and label material help us select a suitable series and finished-roll setup for customer validation.

Share the printer model, label material, desired ribbon family, width, length, core type, notch requirements, ink side, packing and private-label artwork. We will review the request and coordinate samples when matching is needed.
